One of my biggest fears is that I will have to read the word "colonel" aloud in class and read it phonetically like the time I read "island" out loud incorrectly in first grade.
I live with my awesome girlfriend Courtney (she has a blog with her friend) and our goofy dog. Our downstairs neighbor cleans his house to dubstep before he has a date.
I do radio with these other guys and hang out with them at their penthouse in downtown Boulder, CO.

Hi, my name is James Calvet.
I'll mostly be writing about music, movies, being outside, beer, emotions and traveling. But before you read that, read this:
I was born in the land of beer and hats, also known as Durango, Co. I moved to Boulder 2012 to attend CU as a Psychology and Communications double major. I host the morning show on Radio 1190am Monday-Friday from 7-10am. I play in a folk group called Cascade Kinzie. I also do goofy little solo recordings on the side. Below are things I like and things I don't like.
Things I Like: Home-brewing, Vinyl Records, Mexican Food, Dogs, Fishing, Art, Hiking, Banjos.
